born and raised in the east bay area (oakland, berkeley, piedmont); i like to think my northern roots are responsible for my love of foggy weather and progressive intellectualism.
i moved to los angeles to attend occidental college (yes, obama went there) where i received honors in my baccalaureate of arts for theater (with a minor in english and comparative literary studies.) took a time out to study in london and now comfortably settled in the oh-so-hip east side of la la land where the artists, coffee shops and foliage are plentiful.
my obsession with plays has served me well and landed me a position as literary manager of the echo theater company. when not exercising my theater nerdom i attend to my yoga addiction and bibliophilia. also an aspiring singer, songwriter and musician. i spend a lot of time planning my future life as a rock star.
